Ingredients:Green bean starch, corn starch, water.
Bean Vermicelli is also called” Longkou Vermicelli””Chinese Noodle””Glass Noodle” "Chinese glass silk", "Chinese dragon beard" and "Chinese spring rain" in overseas markets. It is made from top quality mung bean starch.  Vermicelli is an ingredient in many Oriental food dishes, such as soups, stir-fries, salads, desserts and spring rolls. The vermicelli noodles are flavorless but readily absorb the flavors of other ingredients added to the dish.
