Spring Roll Pastry Features:

Spring Roll Pastry Instructions:

1. Remove the spring rolls from the freezer. Do not remove the wrappers until thawed for 40 minutes.

2. Remove the small package and take out the spring rolls. Cover them with a damp cloth or plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.

3. Prepare the filling according to your taste.

4. Peel the wrappers one by one. Place the filling near one corner of the spring roll. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top.

5. Fry at 170°C for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oil, drain on paper towels, and serve.

Spring rolls can also be served with any combination of vegetables and meats.
